TCG Regionals - Saturday, November 5, 2016 - Check in for On line

  • Check in for TCG players is in Terrace IV (fourth floor) on PA Convention Center from 8:00am to 9:00am. (Please be in line by 9:00am ).  Players meeting at 9:30am
  • Late registration is in line by 9:00am (as space is available).

AND all Regional players will receive  3 play! points and a Regional Promo (while supplies last).

  • Pokemon Regional Playmats - The 750 players have now been registered for the Charizard Playmat. At this time all players registering for the event will receive a raffle ticket instead of the Charizard Playmat. Raffle prizes to include some of the items such as a Raichu Playmat.

Three Age Groups

 (Players are grouped so that they only play people in their age group)

Junior Division: Born in 2006 or later
Senior Division: Born in 2002, 2003, 2004, or 2005
Masters Division: Born in 2001 or earlier

The Philadelphia Regionals will be using the Expanded format.

Players bring their decks with them. Each deck needs to have exactly 60 cards, with no more than 4 of any card except basic energy cards.

The Swiss section and the top cuts  of the TCG tournament will be using Expanded format. 

Best-of-three Swiss rounds will have a time limit of 50 minutes plus three turns. 
The same deck will be used in the playoffs as in the Main Swiss. Players do not have the option to change their decks.

Lysandre's Trump card and Shiftry will be continued to be banned for the 2017 expanded season.

Decklists are required.  You can download a blank decklist here..  We will have blank decklists at the event. However, it is always a good idea to complete your decklist ahead of time.
